I support organisations at the front end of complex technical opportunities — including identifying and assessing publicly published tenders, advising on go/no-go decisions, and leading bids and proposals through to submission.
I am strongly driven to create proposals that are not only correct and compliant, but genuinely positioned for success. My focus is on opportunity assessment, bid leadership and the structured development of proposals that are realistic, coherent and executable.
I am often engaged when tenders become demanding in scope, documentation or risk, as well as in earlier stages where structure and judgement at the front end make a meaningful difference. In these situations, I take responsibility for structuring the process, forming and coordinating the bid team, and driving the development of the proposal in close alignment with sales and management.
I approach every bid with the clear objective of creating a credible opportunity to win. While outcomes are always influenced by external factors, I take full ownership of the quality and preparedness of the proposal itself, working with sustained focus and professional judgement to ensure that commitments reflect actual capabilities and form a solid and defensible basis for successful execution.
