I work as an independent consultant in bid leadership and business development within complex technical environments. My background is rooted in industrial automation and large-scale project organisations, where structure, responsibility and professional judgement are critical at the front end of opportunities.

Over the years, I have worked in and around multidisciplinary teams operating under high complexity, tight constraints and formal procurement frameworks. This has shaped my way of working: focused on clarity, realism and ownership rather than process for its own sake. I am typically involved where decisions have consequences, where commitments must be defensible, and where ambiguity needs to be reduced early.

I operate independently by choice. This allows me to work without commercial bias, to state clearly when something is feasible and when it is not, and to support clients in making informed decisions that align with their organisational capabilities and long-term objectives. Engagements can range from taking full responsibility for a bid or tender to contributing selectively where additional structure, coordination or judgement is required.
